The Buffalo Bisons lost to the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, 3-1, on Saturday afternoon from Clearwater, FL -the Spring Training home of the Philadelphia Phillies.
RHP AUSTIN BIBENS-DIRKX started for the Bisons and allowed just one hit in four scoreless innings. The righty struck out two and walked none in his strong outing.
RHP STEVE DELABAR took the loss for the Herd, allowing two runs on two hits in an inning of relief. Delabar struck out two.
OF EZEQUIEL CARRERA drove home the lone Bisons run in the eighth inning, doubling home OF JONATHON BERTI in his lone at bat. Berti finished the game 2-4 with a double and a triple.
The Bisons are now 3-4-1 so far this Spring.
