MONTGOMERY, Ala. - David Rodriguez's RBI-single in the bottom of the 10

thlifted the Biscuits (49-31) to their third walk-off win of the season, a 2-1 victory over the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp (35-45) on a storm-laden, soggy night at Riverwalk Stadium.

Cody Poteet was a late scratch, so McKenzie Mills made a spot start for the Jumbo Shrimp and Josh Lowe and Tristan Gray both recorded singles off the lefty in the first inning. With runners at the corners and one out, Kevin Padlo, who launched two home runs on Friday night, lofted a fly ball to right and scored Lowe with the game's first run on a sac fly.

Sam McWilliams was on the other side for the Butter and Blue, and the Orlando, FL native became the first Biscuits' pitcher this season to go eight innings in a start more than once. The right-hander allowed only one run on a J.C. Millan sac fly in the fifth, and retired 11 in a row at one point between the first and fourth innings. McWilliams also tallied seven strikeouts, including four in the eighth inning.

With the score still knotted at one after regulation, the game shifted into extra innings where Justin Twine singled to begin the top of the 10

th. With runners at the corners and nobody out, Phoenix Sanders then struck out Millan and Stone Garrett back-to-back, before getting Santiago Chavez to ground out to third to end the threat.

In the bottom of the 10th, with Miles Mastrobuoni starting at second, Robbie Tenerowicz successfully bunted the right fielder to third, before Rodriguez rolled his walk-off single up the middle off Jumbo Shrimp reliever Tommy Eveld (0-2), handing the Biscuits their second win in extra innings this season (2-5).

The Biscuits will return to Riverwalk Stadium for the start of a six-game series against the Tennessee Smokies on July 4 for an Independence Day Celebration featuring a Tank Top Giveaway presented by Alfa Insurance and MAX Fireworks.

The six-game homestand will also feature a Bicentennial Celebration featuring a Jersey Auction and MAX Fireworks on Friday, July 5; Beach Night and MAX Fireworks on Saturday, July 6; Lil' Crumbs Dress Like a Player Socks Giveaway on Sunday, July 7; and Camp Day on Tuesday, July 9.
