
Biscuits To Hold National Anthem Auditions

Montgomery Biscuits News Release
MONTGOMERY - The Montgomery Biscuits will be hosting National Anthem tryouts on Saturday, February 28th beginning at 11 a.m. at Riverwalk Stadium. The tryouts will be held from 11:00 to 1:00 with the main gates opening right at 11:00 a.m. Tryouts will be first come first serve.
All singers, including soloists and groups, wanting to sing "The Star Spangled Banner" must tryout on this date to be considered for the 2009 season. All auditions must be sung a cappella. All performers will sing the anthem from the field as if it were a real game. Performances must consist of the traditional anthem beat and be under the time of one minute and thirty seconds. Instrumentals are also welcome.
