Aberdeen, MD - A return home on Monday night brought the IronBirds another one run loss. They fell to the Connecticut Tigers 2-1 and stranded the game tying run on second in the 9th

Carson Lance: Absolutely dominated, the righty went six innings allowing just one hit. He struckout a career high 10.

Top of the 4th: Three straight hits for Connecticut made it a 1-0 game after an RBI single from Cooper Johnson

Top of the 5th: The lead became 2-0 on an RBI single from Jack Kenley in his first New York-Penn League game.

Bottom of the 8th: Aberdeen finally got a run off of an RBI single for Andrew Fregia with one out. They loaded the bases but stranded all three runners

Bottom of the 9th: The 'Birds left the game tying run at second after back to back walks and then three strikeouts in a row
