
Binghamton Mets 2010 season opener and ticket packages available Friday

Individual tickets for the Binghamton Mets 2010 season opener and ticket packages will be available to purchase via the team's website (www.bmets.com) and at the B-Mets Team Store located in the Oakdale Mall on Friday, December 4th at 9 a.m. The Big League Show returns to Binghamton on Thursday, April 8th.
In addition to the home opener, the B-Mets are rolling out a new ticket package: a five-game, holiday flex plan. Centered around traditional summer holiday dates, the flex plan allows fans to purchase tickets now for premium games at a discounted price. Fans will receive a box seat ticket to Opening Night (April 8); Memorial Day Eve fireworks & kids eat free (May 30); Father's Day with kids eat free (June 20); Independence Day fireworks (July 4); and Labor Day Eve fireworks & kids eat free (September 5) for only $40.
For the second year ticket prices will remain $10 for box seats and $9 for reserved grandstand; with a $2 discount per ticket for youngsters 14 & under and seniors 60 & over.
"We are proud to showcase exciting B-Mets baseball and family-oriented entertainment at affordable rates our fans have become accustomed to," remarked B-Mets Director of Ticket Operations Casey Both.
Season tickets, mini-packs, group outings and skybox rentals may still be purchased in person at the NYSEG Stadium front office or by calling (607) 723-METS6387. The first home game of the 2010 season will be on Thursday, April 8th at 6:35 p.m. versus the defending Eastern League champion Akron Aeros (AA Indians). Gates will open at 5:00 p.m.
