
Bighorns Fall to D-Fenders

Reno, NV - The Reno Bighorns (12-18) fell to the Los Angeles D-Fenders (13-18) 117-108 Friday night in Reno.
Dar Tucker had 26 points and eight rebounds to lead the Bighorns. Tajuan Porter had a season-high 25 points. Samardo Samuels recorded another double-double, with 20 points and 11 rebounds.
The D-Fenders were paced by Gary Flowers 25 points and 10 rebounds. Courtney Fortson and Morris Almond each added 18 points.
The D-Fenders shot 54.4% from the field on 43-79 shooting. The Bighorns shot 41.5% from the field on 34-82 shooting.
The Bighorns will be back in action on Sunday, February 24th at 3 p.m. against the Idaho Stampede. Sunday is also the Saint Mary's "Building a Better You" Health Fair. The health fair starts at 2 p.m., when doors open.
