Bears and Road Warriors Rained Out Friday

NEWARK, NJ, June 13-This evening's Atlantic League game between the Newark Bears and the Pennsylvania Road Warriors has been postponed due to poor weather conditions. The two teams will make the game up tomorrow as part of a double header, beginning at 5:05 PM.
Fans with tickets for today's scheduled game may exchange them for tickets to any other game on the Bears 2003 schedule. Exchanges may be made at the Bears box office at Bears and Eagles Riverfront Stadium. The Bears ticket office number is (973) 483-6900.
Right-hander Al Hawkins (2-2, 5.04) and right-hander Tom Stepka (2-3, 3.79) will pitch for the Bears on Saturday. The Road Warriors will counter with right-hander Shawn Morgan (1-1, 2.79) and right-hander Julian Heredia (0-2, 5.63).
