Beach Suspended for Two Games

American Hockey League announced Thursday that right wing Cody Beach has been suspended for two games as a result of the match penalty he received late in the Chicago Wolves' game against the Grand Rapids Griffins on Tuesday.

Beach will sit out both Amtrak Rivalry contests against the Milwaukee Admirals this weekend -- Friday's 7 p.m. game at Milwaukee and Saturday's 7 p.m. game at Allstate Arena. The 23-year-old Kelowna, British Columbia, native has contributed 2 goals and 2 assists in 23 games this season.
