
BC Lions Re-Acquire DE Shawn Lemon from Argos

(Vancouver) The BC Lions Football Club today announced that it has acquired American DE Shawn Lemon from the Toronto Argonauts in exchange for American DT Davon Coleman a conditional eighth-round selection in the 2020 CFL Draft.
Lemon (6'0", 250) returns to BC after a 13-game, 10-sack stint with the club last season. Through four appearances in 2019, Lemon has recorded 15 defensive tackles and a sack. Now in his ninth CFL season, the Akron grad and two-time Grey Cup champion has played 97 regular season games tallying 147 stops and 62 quarterback sacks.
The next BC Lions home game is Saturday, August 24 versus the Hamilton Tiger-Cats presented by Save-On Foods.
