Bats Playoff Tickets On Sale August 10

Louisville, KY - The Louisville Bats are happy to announce that tickets for the 2009 Governors' Cup Playoffs will go on sale to the general public Monday, August 10 at 10:00 a.m. Tickets range in price from $6-10.
If Louisville wins the West Division, they will travel to the South Division winner for games one and two (Sept. 9-10) and will host games three through five (if necessary) of the first round. Game three at Louisville Slugger Field will be Friday, September 11 at 7:05 p.m. If necessary, games four and five will be Saturday, September 12 at 6:05 p.m. and Sunday, September 13 at 5:05 p.m.
Game three on September 11 will feature post-game fireworks and $2 Michelob Craft Beer Happy Hour with live music from 5:30-7:00 p.m. on the Overlook Deck. To commemorate 9/11 and honor our service men and women, all Military, Police, Fire and Emergency Services personnel may receive a free Field Reserved ticket for the game on Friday night. Military and Emergency Service personnel family members will also be able to purchase reserved seat tickets for $5 each when accompanied by the service member. To receive the free ticket and purchase discounted family tickets, please bring your valid ID card to the Louisville Slugger Field Box office. Free and discounted tickets can not be redeemed through Ticketmaster.
Game four on Saturday, September 12 (if necessary) will feature a 2009 West Division Champions T-Shirt giveaway to the first 2,000 adults in attendance.
If the Bats win their first round games, they will host the winner of the North Division/Wild Card series in the opening two games on September 15-16 and travel to the North/Wild Card series winner for games three through five on September 17, 18 & 19 (as necessary).

9/12: South Division Winner at Louisville (if necessary), 6:05 p.m. 9/18: Louisville at North Division/Wild Card Winner (if necessary)
9/13: South Division Winner at Louisville (if necessary), 5:05 p.m. 9/19: Louisville at North Division/Wild Card Winner (if necessary)
Tickets may be purchased through Ticketmaster Charge-By-Phone at (502) 361-3100, www.batsbaseball.com, Ticketmaster Ticket Centers and at the Louisville Slugger Field ticket windows. Regular hours at the Louisville Slugger Field box office are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The Ticketmaster Ticket Centers include all Kroger Super Markets.
