Baseball's Best Burger Ranks 72nd In Countdown

The Gateway Grizzlies are proud to announce Baseball's Best Burger ranked 72nd out of 100 in the Travel Channel's Chowdown Countdown.
The Grizzlies and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts teamed up in 2006 to create "Baseball's Best Burger." The burger consisted of a Holten Thick and Juicy burger topped with sharp cheddar cheese and two slices of bacon. The burger is then placed in between each side of a Krispy Kreme Original Glazed doughnut. The burger was an instant hit and gained the Grizzlies and Krispy Kreme alike National recognition.
"We are extremely proud of the product that we have put out there," said Grizzlies General Manager Steve Gomric. "We take pride in our concessions items at GCS Ballpark and are thrilled that Baseball's Best Burger is still being recognized five years later."
The Grizzlies open their 10th anniversary season in the Frontier League May 21st, 2010. Season Ticket plans are currently on sale by calling the GCS Ballpark Box Office at 618.337.3000.
