Barrie Colts News Release

Barrie, ON- The Barrie Colts announced today that they have come together on a trade agreement with the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds.

Coming to Barrie is left centre Behn Robertson from Markham, Ontario. In return the Greyhounds will receive a conditional 6th Round Draft Pick in 2009.

Behn spent the majority of last season playing for the Durham Fury of the Ontario Provincial Junior Hockey League. In 42 games Behn scored 18 goals and added 32 assists for 50 points. He also led the team in game-winning goals, and short-handed goals.

He also played six games for the Greyhounds and didn't record a point.

"Well with Ben we think there's some offensive upside with him," said Head Coach Marty Williamson. "He's a big strong guy and he scored a lot in the pre-season, and we think he's a guy that can fit us right now and kind of grow with this team in the future."

Robertson is listed at 6'3" and 190 pounds, born February 5th, 1990.
