
Barnstormers Shut out Patriots 7-0

Bridgewater, NJ - The Lancaster Barnstormers defeated the Somerset Patriots 7-0 at TD Bank Ballpark on Monday night.
The Barnstormers took a 1-0 lead in the top of the first inning on a home run by Cole Garner (14).
Lancaster added a run in the top of the second on a home run by Wilson Batista (6) that made the score 2-0.
The Barnstormers broke the game open with four more runs in the top of the seventh inning, highlighted by a three-run home run by Casey Frawley (3) that made the score 6-0.
The final run came in the top of the ninth inning on a solo home run by Lance Zawadzki (6)
Barnstormers starter Chris Schwinden (7-1) picked up the win with seven scoreless innings pitched. Patriots starter Erik Arnesen (7-4) suffered the loss, allowing six runs on seven hits in seven innings pitched.
