"Bark in the Park" Night Returns May 30th

(Central Islip, N.Y.) - Back by popular demand, the Long Island Ducks today announced "Bark in the Park" Night will return to Bethpage Ballpark on Thursday, May 30th.

Fans will be able to purchase special Pooch Passes for that night's 6:35 p.m. game against the Lancaster Barnstormers to bring their dog to the ballpark. Passes include a ticket to the May 30th game in designated box seating sections as well as admission for one dog to the game.

Only those holding Pooch Passes will be permitted to bring their dog into the ballpark that night, and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis with limited availability. Fans holding passes will be allowed to enter the ballpark ONLY through the Picnic Area entrance, located down the left field line, when ballpark gates open at 5:35 p.m.

Pooch Passes for the Ducks game on May 30th will be made available once Ducks individual tickets go on sale in March. At that time, fans can visit www.liducksgroups.com and type in the password "pooch" when prompted to purchase their passes, which will be available for $14 each.

Season ticket and mini plan holders who wish to bring their dog to "Bark in the Park" Night must exchange their tickets for the May 30th game at the Bethpage Ballpark box office in advance of the game. Groups of 25 or more interested in attending should contact the group sales department by calling (631) 940-3825.
