Baltimore Blast: 7-2 First place in the Eastern Division. Harrisburg Heat: 1-7 Fourth place in the Eastern Division. Season Series: Baltimore leads 2-0
Baltimore Players to Watch: The Blast will look to collect a win against rival Harrisburg in the third consecutive weekend. Blast forward Vini Dantas has been surging as of late, with eight goals scored in only three games, including two consecutive games with a hat trick. Dantas now leads the team in goals scored for the Blast and ranks third in the Eastern Division. Blast midfielder Jonatas Melo has been a very consistent force for the Blast with an average of 1.9 points per game, which ranks second in the Eastern Division alongside Vini Dantas.
Blast midfielder Tony Donatelli is coming off a four point performance against Mississauga on Sunday, where he collected one goal and three assists. Donatelli ranks second on the Blast and third in the Eastern Division in assists. Blast defender Adriano Dos Santos celebrated his 150th career regular season game for the Blast with another
three assist performance versus Harrisburg. Dos Santos has now collected ten points from defense this season, ranking fourth among all Blast players. Blast goalkeeper William Vanzela has consistently proven himself among the elite goalkeepers in the MASL this year, ranking fourth in goals allowed average (4.23) and fifth in save percentage (.721) so far this season.
The Blast will be without Lucas Roque and Daniel Peruzzi as they recover from their knee injuries.
Forward Juan Pereira is doubtful for this weekend's game.
The Blast are coached by Head Coach Danny Kelly and Assistant Coach David Bascome.

Harrisburg will return home to the PA Farm Show Arena after a grueling six game road trip. Ricardo Carvalho is tied for first among all Heat players in both goals and assists, and ranks first in points scored this season. Forward Tavoy Morgan is tied with Carvalho in goals scored this season and has scored in the past two games against the Blast. Daniel Vilella is tied for first with Carvalho in assists and recently recorded two points last time out against the Blast.
Former Blast defender Nelson Santana enjoyed his return to the SECU Arena as he led Harrisburg on the night in points scored with three. Midfielder Dominic Francis is a dangerous option for the Heat as he has the second most shots taken and the second most amount of goals scored on the team. Harrisburg is coached by former Blast player Pat Healey and Lester Felician.
