BAKERSFIELD, March 27, 2012 - The Bakersfield Jam (26-18) came out with a road victory Tuesday night against the Tulsa 66ers (22-24) with a final score of 108-102. Five players scored in double-figures for the Jam. Bakersfield dominated the first three quarters of the game, as they shot 62.5% from the field and held a 16 point lead (91-75) heading into the fourth and final period. It seemed as if the Jam were going to cruise by the 66ers, but Tulsa had other things in mind. Momentum completely swung the other way, as Tulsa cut a once 18-point lead by Bakersfield in the fourth quarter, to just three points (103-100) with 1:28 left in the game. Bakersfield answered back with two tough clutch buckets, courtesy of Jeremy Wise, that sealed the victory for the Jam.

Trey Johnson led the Jam in scoring with 20 points off the bench. Brian Butch and Jeremy Wise each finished with 19 points and in addition, Wise dished out five assists and Butch grabbed eight rebounds. Renaldo Major tallied 16 points to go along with a season-high five steals. Juan Pattillo contributed 12 points, five rebounds, and three assists off the bench.

Tulsa was led in scoring by Dwight Buycks off the bench with a game-high 30 points, to go along with a game-high eight assists. Marcus Lewis scored 19 points and grabbed nine rebounds, while Jerome Tyson added 14 points on the night.

Bakersfield will travel back home and play their last regular-season home game against the top-seeded team in the league, the Los Angeles D-Fenders, this Friday, March 30 at 7:00 p.m. PT at the Jam Events Center.
