
Back on the Block: Lions Backyard Block Party Returns to Robson on August 6

(Vancouver)- As the BC Lions prepare for a massive five-week stretch against Western Division opponents, it was announced this morning that our Backyard Block Party presented by RE/MAX Canada will be expanded to the corner of Robson and Beatty Streets on Saturday, August 6.
Famous Players Band will be back for as the musical performers with the event beginning at 3:00 pm prior to our game against the Edmonton Elks presented by Purolator. This event is for fans 19 and over with two pieces of government ID required upon entry.
Following the success of our inaugural Block Party before the June 11 season kickoff, fans will once again be able to start their game day experience with great entertainment, food and drink options.
Fans of all ages will be able to join the expanded party on Terry Fox Plaza, with $5 beers and margaritas for those 19 and over, as well as food specials.
