
B-Sens Sign Cazzola, Hanson to PTO Contracts

BINGHAMTON, NYÂ - The Binghamton Senators have signed Fort Wayne Komets forward Mike Cazzola and Allen Americans forward Greger Hanson to Professional Tryout Contracts.
Cazzola, 25, has 20 goals and 37 assists in 50 games played with the Komets. The forward played with the Ontario Hockey League's Erie Otters from 2007-2012 and the second half of 2012 with the Ottawa 67's. Following his junior career, the native of Guelph, Ont. played four seasons with Atlantic University Sport's Acadia University.
A two-time Kelly Cup Champion and a Kelly Cup Playoff MVP in the ECHL, Hanson has 30 goals and 35 assists for 65 points in 48 games played with the defending champion, Allen Americans. Hanson has appeared in five games with the American Hockey League's San Diego Gulls, scoring one goal and adding two assists. Hanson also played in two games with the AHL's Chicago Wolves this season.Â
