
B-Sens Host Zoo Night this Friday

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators announced today that the Friday, March 29 game versus the Adirondack Phantoms is Zoo Night presented by the Binghamton Zoo at Ross Park and Magic 101.7.
The ZooMobile will be present, allowing fans to interact with a variety of animals that call the zoo home including an armadillo, Amazon parrot, ball python, barred owl, chinchilla, fennec fox, ferret and slider turtle.
The zoo will have displays throughout the concourse that evening and activities including face painting and the opportunity to ask a keeper questions about the animals.
Fans are encouraged to visit the silent auction on the main concourse of the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena. Items in the auction include framed autographed photos of B-Sens goaltender Marc Cheverie and forward Dustin Gazley on location at the zoo and framed photos of animals that call the Binghamton Zoo home accompanied by special zoo pucks autographed by members of the B-Sens.
Additionally fans will have the opportunity to purchase one of a dozen grab bags featuring a limited edition Binghamton Zoo puck for $15. Eight of the 12 bags will have puck signed by B-Sens forward Mike Hoffman. Due to the limited quantity, grab bags are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Doors open at 6 p.m. Game time is 7:05 p.m. Fans can purchase tickets to that night's game at a discounted rate of $15 (a savings of $4) by visiting www.rossparkzoo.com. $2 from every ticket sold via the zoo's website and all proceeds from the silent auction and grab bag sale will benefit the Binghamton Zoo at Ross Park.
