Binghamton Senators News Release

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators announced today that a special raffle featuring game-used, autographed sticks will be held at the game on Saturday, Nov. 10 vs. the Norfolk Admirals.

Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the Hurricane Sandy relief table on the concourse. They cost $3 each or $10 for an arm's length and will give fans the chance to win one of five game-used sticks, including two team-signed Robin Lehner goalie sticks, one team-signed Ben Bishop stick, one Jakob Silfverberg autographed stick and one Mika Zibanejad autographed stick.

All proceeds will assist in the hurricane relief efforts spearheaded by Pat Cannone, Hugh Jessiman, and Tom Severance, including covering the cost of transporting the donations to the Long Beach and Staten Island areas.

"Our equipment manager (Tom Severance) came up with the idea for the raffle," said Cannone. "Any donation in any amount makes a difference and we're just happy that people have been willing to help. We're hoping this weekend we will have a good turnout."

Fans are encouraged to visit the Hurricane Sandy relief table on the concourse at Saturday's game to drop off any donations (items or monetary), and participate in the raffle. Among the most needed donation items are antibacterial wipes, blankets, bottled water, nonperishable foods, socks, toiletries, trash bags and winter clothing.

Game time is 7:05 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m. Tickets are $19 for side seating and $18 for end seating. Fans can purchase tickets through the B-Sens' executive office, Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena box office and all Ticketmaster outlets during normal business hours, by visiting www.ticketmaster.com, or by phone at 607-722-SENS (7367) and through Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000.
