
Austin Toros to Host Select Your Seat at Cedar Park Center This Saturday

AUSTIN, TEXAS, Aug. 24, 2010 - The Austin Toros will host its' inaugural "Select Your Seat" event this Saturday, August 28th from 2:00 to 4:00p.m. at Cedar Park Center. The Toros announced earlier this month that the team would play all 2010-11 home games at the new venue. Current season ticket holders and future fans will have an opportunity to get a first-hand look at seating options and tour the facility prior to opening night on Thanksgiving weekend. The Toros regular season schedule includes 24 home games.
"As the minor league affiliate of the San Antonio Spurs, we're proud to offer fans this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet George Hill and to be the first fans to pick your seat for our inaugural season at Cedar Park Center," said Peter Lubell, Toros Chief Operating Officer.
Fans can meet Spurs guard George Hill from 2:00 to 3:00p.m. on Saturday, tour the Spurs caravan and view all four NBA championship trophies. Fans can also register to win great prizes while visiting with Toros' mascot Da Bull and the Capital City Dancers.
Season ticket packages for Toros games at Cedar Park Center are available now by calling (512) 236-8333 or visiting austintoros.com. Ticket prices range from $5-$25 in the bowl, and $40-$100 for courtside seating.
