The Toros Basketball Camp Series features three separate camps that focus on fundamentals and skills training for youth entering grades 4 thru 12.

The Toros Basketball Camp is the perfect avenue for youth to improve in all areas of the game including ball handling, passing, defensive tips, positioning, shooting and teamwork.

The first installment of the Toros Basketball Camp runs June 19-22 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for youth players entering grades 4-9. Instruction will be geared towards the individual campers' age and skill level.

Highlighting the Toros Clinic Coaching staff is 13-year NBA veteran and Toros head coach Dennis Johnson, as well as local area high school coaches and special guests who will provide special instruction and motivational dialogue.

The Toros Elite Camp, scheduled from July 5-7, is open to high school athletes entering grades 10-12 for the 2006-07 school year. The Elite Camp will focus on improving each camper's shooting form, technique and footwork, as well as skills training. Team play will also be emphasized through competitive games during each session.

The cost of the two fundamental clinics camps is $199 each and $125 for the Elite Camp. In addition to instruction, the costs includes a camp T-shirt, four (4) ticket vouchers to a 2006-07 Toros home game (a $40 value) and lunch.
