AUSTIN, Texas - The Austin Spurs today announced that the team has received forward Robert Woodard II as a flex-assignment from the Sacramento Kings.
Woodard II has appeared in six games for the Kings this season and has totaled 13 points and 8 rebounds in 17 minutes. Playing at Mississippi State from 2018-20, he averaged 8.3 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 24.9 minutes per game.
NBA teams without an NBA G League affiliate participating in Orlando have the opportunity to assign roster players and transfer Two-Way players using the league's flexible assignment and Two-Way rules.
