Austin Spurs Announce 2022-23 Training Camp Roster

AUSTIN - The Austin Spurs today announced their 2022-23 training camp roster, which currently stands at 13 players.

The roster features Spurs two-way players, Dominick Barlow and San Antonio high school standout Charles Bassey, who played basketball at St. Anthony Catholic High School from 2015-17. The roster also returns two players from last season's Austin team - Denzel Mahoney and Jordan Murphy. Alize Johnson and Tommy Kuhse, who both competed with the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA preseason, join the team, along with Austin's draft pick in the 2022 G League Draft, Justin Kier.

The Austin Spurs will kick off the 2022-23 season on Friday, Nov. 4 with the first of back-to-back Showcase Cup games against the Texas Legends. Tipoff at the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park is set for 7 p.m.
