Austin Aztex Team up with Ticket Alternative

ATLANTA (March 6, 2015) - Ticket Alternative, a forward-thinking boutique ticketing company, is proud to announce its newest partnership with the Austin Aztex Soccer Club.
The Aztex will compete in USL after finishing a three year campaign in USL PDL as the most successful franchise, with a 31-7-6 record in that timespan. The vision of the Aztex is to bring Major League Soccer to the nation's largest city without a major league sports franchise. The team will be playing their first season in the USL in 2015 and will play their home games during their inaugural season at the 5,050-seat House Park just west of the downtown Austin core.
The Austin Aztex have overhauled their ticketing and seating infrastructure following their move to USL. Fans who choose to sit in Club Reserved seating will be able to enjoy the game with reserved seatbacks and one row of legroom while season ticket holders in the Sideline Reserved section will receive a seat cushion. VIP season tickets gain access to field level, shaded seating in the heart of the Aztex game day experience. With this overhaul, the Aztex chose to use Ticket Alternative as their preferred ticketing system.
Like many soccer clubs, the Aztex are working to build up their fan base with the hopes of turning those fans into lifelong fans and season ticket holders. Part of the turn-key ticketing solution Ticket Alternative will be providing is an integrated CRM solution that will allow them to do just this through advanced customer management, sophisticated sales automation, and expanded revenue opportunities.

Like many organizations, the Aztex play on a multiuse field. A portable yet robust access control solution was crucial to the organization. Ticket Alternative's portable access control system includes an access server for a local database, access points and wireless scanners. It can be easily set up and torn down for each game while providing maximum reliability with included redundancy.

The Aztex are the third soccer team to partner with Ticket Alternative, joining the NASL's Atlanta Silverbacks and Minnesota United FC.
The Austin Aztex kick off their inaugural 2015 season in USL with a home match versus the Colorado Springs Switchbacks on March 28 at House Park. Aztex fans can join the Aztex Originals club with the purchase of a season ticket by April 17, 2015. The Aztex Originals Club will reward Aztex fans that are with the club from the beginning of its first professional season and can be joined by simply purchasing season tickets for as little as $99 for youth, and $175 for adults.
