Kannapolis, NC: The Augusta GreenJackets, South Atlantic League affiliate of the San Francisco Giants, lost 10-1 to the Kannapolis Intimidators on Thursday night.

The game was tied at zero through the first three innings as Garrett Cave for Augusta and Zach Lewis for Kannapolis battled it out. The game would start to turn towards the Intimidators in the middle innings as they put up 10 runs from the fourth to the sixth inning.

Orleny Quiroz was great in relief over the final 2 1/3 innings for the GreenJackets. He only gave up two hits, while finally shutting down the offense for the Intimidators.
