The Lincoln Stars look to push their winning streak to five games this Friday as they face the Sioux City Musketeers at 7:05 p.m. at the Ice Box. It's Aubri Brown Club Night with a postgame jersey auction to follow.
The Stars picked up their second consecutive weekend sweep last weekend with a 3-0 win at Des Moines followed by a 5-1 win over Omaha the next night at home. Lincoln is in third in the Western Conference and will play five games in a nine-day span beginning on Friday. Four of them are at home, where the Stars are 17-4-2.
The Aubri Brown Club is named after the daughter of Stars director of player development Curtis Brown. She passed away unexpectedly at a young age and the goal of the charity is to financially aid families of those who have lost a child.
