Attack Trade Cole Cameron to Battalion for Draft Pick

The Owen Sound Attack announced Thursday that the team has traded defenceman Cole Cameron to the North Bay Battalion in exchange for a 4th round draft pick in 2019.

"He is such a super guy, reliable and very detailed on and off the ice," said Attack GM Dale DeGray of Cameron.

"These are always the tough decisions, but North Bay is getting a player they will be glad to have on the bench, and Cole's teammates in Owen Sound will miss him."

Cameron was a drafted 44th overall by the Brockville Braves in the 2013 CCHL Draft.

The 20-year-old defenceman played with the Attack for the past two seasons, with 10 assists in the 2017-18 season and 28 penalty minutes. This season of Attack hockey is presented to you by Lerners Personal Injury Lawyers.
