
Atlanta Hawks Recall Tavares from NBA Development League

ATLANTA, GA - The Atlanta Hawks Basketball Club has recalled center Edy Tavares from the Austin Spurs of the NBA Development League, it was announced today by President of Basketball Operations/Head Coach Mike Budenholzer.
Tavares has played in 10 D-League games this season (eight with Austin and two with Canton), averaging 9.8 points, 9.6 rebounds and 2.4 blocks in 21.4 minutes (.686 FG%, .800 FT%).
