
Another Season of Cops and Cats Basketball Begins this Week

HAMILTON - Beginning this week, Hamilton Tiger-Cats players and local police officers will join forces to visit local schools for another season of Cops and Cats basketball. The annual program has generated over $167,000 for local hospitals since its inaugural season in 2001.
The Cops and Cats basketball program sees Ticats players and officers from Hamilton Police Services team up to take on local high school basketball teams. Matt Bucknor, Luca Congi, Kevin Scott and Dave Stala will hit the hardwood when the 2013 Cops and Cats season tips off at Cardinal Newman Secondary School tomorrow.
