
Andre Payette Called Up To Manitoba

(Toledo, Ohio) The Toledo Storm of the East Coast Hockey League today announced that forward, Andre Payette, has been activated from the injured reserve and called up to the Manitoba Moose of the American Hockey League. Payette was signed by Toledo on November 20 and played three games before injuring his thumb in a fight and being placed on the thirty-day injured reserve. In his three games with the Storm, Payette scored a goal, assisted on another and picked up 36 penalty minutes. Payette's goal turned out to be the game winner in a 3-2 win over the Cincinnati Cyclones on November 24.
