Anchorage Wolverines News Release
Earlier today, Anchorage Daily News released an article announcing the reopening of the Sullivan Arena to the public.
The Sullivan Arena has been closed off to regular activities since 2020. The Anchorage Wolverines Board commented on what the reopening means for the organization.
"The Anchorage Wolverines organization is excited to hear the plans for the reopening of the Sullivan Arena for events this year. It's no secret the Wolverines have intended to play at the Sullivan since inception, however that has not yet been a possibility. Currently, the Wolverines are slated to play the 2023-24 season at Ben Boeke. We look forward to meeting with the city and managing group to discuss the possibility of moving our operations to the Sullivan in the future. The Wolverines are committed to providing the best product on and off the ice for our fans, sponsors and community."
Any further information will be provided as it is obtained.
