2023 NAHL Schedule Released

Springfield Jr. Blues News Release
Springfield, Illinois - This past week the North American Hockey League (NAHL) released the full 2023 NAHL Showcase schedule and the Jr. Blues are proud to announce that we will be facing the Colorado Grit, Philadelphia Rebels, Maine Nordiques, and the St. Cloud Norsemen!
The action gets underway on September 13th at the Super Rink in Blaine, MN and will see all 32 organizations play four regular season games in the four-day showcase. The annual event attracts scouts from the USHL, NCAA, and professional teams from across North America.
Last season the Jr. Blues finished the showcase with a 2-2 record with victories against the New Jersey Titans and Shreveport Mudbugs. The Jr. Blues came up short against the Austin Bruins and El Paso Rhinos.
The Jr. Blues schedule this year looks as follows:
Wednesday September 13 vs. Colorado Grit at 11:30AM CST
Thursday September 14 vs. Philadelphia Rebels at 7:45PM CST
Friday September 15 vs. Maine Nordiques at 2:45PM CST
Saturday September 16 vs. St. Cloud Norsemen at 3:00PM CST
After the showcase concludes, the Jr. Blues will return home to face the Kenai River Brown Bears in a two-game set at the Nelson Center September 22nd and 23rd.
