SAN DIEGO - The Anaheim Ducks announced today that the National Hockey League (NHL) club has recalled left wing Kevin Roy from the San Diego Gulls, Anaheim's primary development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL).

Roy, 25 (5/20/93), has collected 6-1=7 points with a +3 rating and six penalty minutes (PIM) in 25 career NHL games with Anaheim. Roy made his NHL debut on Nov. 9, 2017 vs. Vancouver and scored his first career NHL goal on Nov. 15, 2018 vs. Boston. The 5-9, 170-pound forward appeared in five games with San Diego this season, recording 1-3=4 points with a +1 rating and six PIM.

Selected in the fourth round (97th overall) of the 2012 NHL Draft, Roy has earned 31-56=87 points with a +5 rating and 36 PIM in 119 career AHL games with the Gulls.
