Amerks Individual Tickets go on Sale Friday, September 17th

(Rochester, NY)... The Rochester Americans announced today that individual game tickets for the Amerks' 2009-10 season are set to go on sale Friday, September 11th at 11:00 a.m.

Tickets can be purchased at The Blue Cross Arena Box Office, all Ticketmaster locations and all Wal-Mart outlets. For advanced purchase, individual seats are priced at $19.00, $18.00, $16.00, $13.00 and $10.00 for 100-level premium, 200-level premium, 100-end, 200-end and 200-upper end seating, respectively. All tickets can be purchased via phone by calling Ticketmaster at (585) 232-1900 or the Amerks Office at (585) 454-5335. Single seats are also available online at www.ticketmaster.com.

Amerks fans can come and see exciting American Hockey League action during the 2009-10 season at the same cost as last year. All you have to do is purchase your Amerks tickets at least one day in advance of the game. Yes, 2009-10 single-game tickets will cost you the same as the 2008-09 season, as long as you stop by the box office and pick up your tickets at least one day in advance.

If your purchase is made on the day of the game, ticket prices will increase just $1.00. Avoid the extra cost by stopping by the Box Office in advance.

Rochester opens its 54th season in the AHL against the Lake Erie Monsters at 7:05 p.m. on Saturday, October 3rd at The Blue Cross Arena at the Rochester War Memorial.
