Fort Worth 3B Terence Green went 4-for-5 with a homerun and an RBI to help the Cats past Pensacola 3-2 in 12 innings. The homerun was Green's third of the season. Relief pitcher Matt Harrington pitched a scoreless 12th inning to pick up the win and improve to 5-1 for the year. For Pensacola, C Jose Yepez and LF George Branch combined for three hits and two RBI.

Lincoln starting pitcher Lindsay Gulin allowed just five hits over eight scoreless innings of work to pick up the win and help the Saltdogs past Sioux Falls 8-0. With the win Gulin's record improves to 10-1 on the season. 2B Josh Patton homered and drove in three runs in the game, while CF Evan Tartaglia added three hits and scored two runs of his own. Patton's homerun was his ninth of the year. For Sioux Falls, 2B Ralph Santana went 2-for-4 at the plate.

Shreveport LF Todd Self went 2-for-4 with a homerun and four RBI to help the Sports knock off St. Joe 6-2. 3B Melvin Falu also homered in the game, his fourth of the season. Starting pitcher Derek Cunningham allowed only one run on four hits over six innings to pick up the win. For St. Joe, 1B Mark Burke and 2B/SS Denver Kitch combined for four hits and an RBI.
