C Ken Lup went 3-for-4 with two RBI to lead Fort Worth past Coastal Bend 7-2. SS Marc Mirizzi added a homerun and two RBI of his own to the Cats attack. Starting pitcher Joel Kirsten went eight innings, allowing just two runs on five hits to pick up his first win of the season. Coastal Bend 1B Bryon Smith and DH Jeff Ontiveros combined for two hits and two RBI to lead the Aviators at the plate. With the loss Coastal Bend is now tied for first place with Pensacola in the South Division.

HR: SF-Jason Sugden (1); SJ-Jake Whitesides (4)

2B Jake Whitesides went 2-for-4 with a homerun and four RBI to lead St. Joe past Sioux Falls 10-3. 1B/3B Ben Thomas added two hits and two RBI to the Blacksnakes attack as well. Starting pitcher Donovan Graves went seven innings and allowed just two runs, one earned, to pick up the win. Sioux Falls CF Jason Sugden had three hits, a homerun and an RBI to lead the Canaries in the losing cause.

Starting pitcher Justin Lord pitched a complete game, four hit shutout to lead St. Paul past Sioux City 6-0. The win improves Lord's record to 6-0 on the season. LF Brian Sprout went 2-for-4 with three RBI to lead the Saints at the plate. C Jeremy Frost hit his third homerun of the season to add to the Saints attack as well. LF Jorge Moreno went 2-for-4 to lead Sioux City in the losing effort.
