Wichita 13, Cleburne 6- Box Score

The Wichita Wingnuts exploded for 13 runs to defeat the Cleburne Railroaders in the longest nine-inning game in American Association history.

The contest lasted 4:39, the previous long for a nine-inning game was 4:32.

Angel Reyes led the Wingnuts going 2-for-5 with five RBIs. John Nester (3 RBIs) and Chase Simpson (2) also drove in multiple runners for Wichita. Zach Nehrir (3-for-5) was the only Wingnuts player to homer.

Levi Scott and Angelo Gumbs both hit solo home runs for the Railroaders, which scored six runs on six hits.

St. Paul 9, Gary SouthShore 5- Box Score

The St. Paul Saints topped the Gary SouthShore RailCats 9-5 on Sunday.

Kyle Barrett led the Saints, going 3-for-5 while driving in three runners. Justin O'Conner also collected three hits. Burt Reynolds (2-for-4), who drove in two, was the only other St. Paul batter with multiple RBIs.

Garrett Copeland hit a solo home run for the RailCats, his third of the season.

Sioux City 11, Kansas City 3- Box Score

The Sioux City Explorers routed the Kansas City T-Bones 11-3 on Sunday.

Luis Durango (3 RBIs) put the Explorers firmly ahead in the bottom of the fourth, when he hit a two-run triple to make it a 6-0 game. Dexture McCall and Dylan Kelly both went 2-for-5 at the dish and drove in two runners for Sioux City.
