
Amber Patton, Bandits to Offer Unique Weekly Fan Practices at Frozen Ropes

ROSEMONT, Ill. - The Chicago Bandits and Frozen Ropes Training Center in Chicago, Ill. (6000 W. Touhy Ave.) have announced a partnership with a special experience for Bandits fans.
On select Wednesday's during the months of June, July and August, fans of all ages are invited to join the Bandits during a special practice opportunity at the Frozen Ropes facility.
Frozen Ropes integrates the latest research in biomechanics, motor learning, sports psychology, strength, conditioning and visual training to challenge and teach baseball and fastpitch players ways to improve their overall game on and off the diamond. For over 18 years, Frozen Ropes has been providing top instruction around the United States.
Fans are invited to watch the team during practices at Frozen Ropes. The open practices will showcase the players taking batting practice, as well as working on pitching exercises and fielding drills. Immediately following the open practices, fans are encouraged to attend a special Fantasy Camp Experience with the Bandits. With instruction from National Pro Fastpitch (NPF) stars and coaches, fans will take part in special practice session. The fantasy camp will feature workouts and training drills that the NPF players use to prepare for the season, as well as to stay in shape during the season.
All open practices begin at 6 p.m. with the first one of the season scheduled for Wednesday, June 1. Additional dates for the open practices and fantasy camps include June 8, June 15, June 29, July 6, August 3 and August 10. There will be an additional practice open to the public on July 13 which will begin at 4 p.m.
