Amarillo Sox Game Suspended

AMARILLO, TX - After half an inning played rain caused the game between the Sox and the Diablos to be postponed until Tuesday. The game will resume from the bottom of the first inning at 5:05pm and it will be completed in nine-inning format. The next scheduled game will start thirty minutes after the conclusion of the first game. Seven innings will comprise the second game. Amarillo's starter, Joe Newby recorded three outs before the inclement weather while walking one batter.

The Sox (31-23) will face the El Paso Diablos (16-40) in a continuation game and doubleheader game on Tuesday. The Aqua One Pre-Game Show will begin at 4:55pm on Ustream via www.amarillosox.com. Game time is tentative and is subject to blackout.
