A total of 11 former Wings players will be representing their teams in this years NCAA Men's Division I College Hockey Tournament that begins Friday. Peter Thome, University of North Dakota, Brad Belisle, Bemidji State University, Logan Britt, Quinnipiac University, Nathan Smith & Andy Carroll, Minnesota State University Mankato, Kevin Fitzgerald, Will Hammer, Joe Molenaar & Thomas Rocco, St. Cloud State University, Nolan Sullivan, University of Omaha and Nathan Burke, University of Minnesota. Round one will be played Friday and Saturday.

Ryan Cook (13-16) Has agreed to terms with the South Carolina Stingrays of the ECHL. Ryan has played in 17 games for the Huntsville Havoc of the SPHL this season where he has 2 goals and 2 assists.

Kevin Fitzgerald (15-17) scored a goal in St. Cloud States 3-2 win over Minnesota Duluth Monday night, advancing the Huskies to the NCHC Championship game. Fitzgerald would add an assist in the Championship game Tuesday night, but it wouldn't be enough as the Huskies fell to UND 5-3.

Will Hammer (14-16) Had an assist on the shorthanded game winning goal as the Huskies took down Minnesota Duluth 3-2 Monday night to move onto the NCHC Championship game.

Nathan Burke (16-18) Put the Gophers on the board and helped lead the come back as Minnesota beat Michigan 3-2 Monday night to take help the Gophers to the Big 10 Championship game. The Gophers would go on to win the Big 10 Tournament Title 6-4 over Wisconsin.

Pierson Brandon (18-20) had an assist, but it was St. Lawrence winning the game 5-4 in overtime in the ECAC Tournament Semifinals.

Mitch Machlitt (18-19) Had an assist but Army fell to Canisius 4-3 in overtime in the semifinals of the AHA tournament.

Cooper Haar (19-20) Assisted on the game winning overtime goal as Canisius took down Army, 4-3 in the AHA semifinals.

Connor Beatty (18-20) Scored a pair of goals as Endicott handled Curry 7-2 on Saturday night.

Joe Sullivan (11-13) Scored a goal in an Indy Fuel 2-1 overtime win over Kansas City Friday. Joe is in his 2nd season with the Fuel. He has played in 108 games in two seasons and has 8 goals and 29 assists.
