
Alumni Update: Burke Named B10 First Star of the Week

Burke tied for the Big Ten points lead with four points on two goals and two assists with a +4 rating in Minnesota's series sweep at No. 2/3 Ohio State. He opened the weekend with his first career three-point game, scoring a goal and adding two assists in a 4-3 win on Friday. He then added another goal on Saturday, scoring in back-to-back games for the first time as a Gopher. This is his first career weekly award.
The Wings are home for 2 this Friday and Saturday at the Odde! Saturday night is the Annual Yelduz Shrine Teddy Bear Toss! Bring a stuffed animal in a plastic bag to throw onto the ice after the first Wings goal! Animals will be donated to the Shriners Children's Hospital in the Twin Cities!
