The Altoona Curve walked off the Harrisburg Senators with a 5-4 win Sunday afternoon at PNG Field in Altoona. The loss is the fifth straight for the Senators. It was a back-and-forth game, with the score changing hands four times. Harrisburg took a 2-1 lead in the third on the first home run for Wilmer Perez this season. After Altoona retook the lead in the bottom of the third, Harrisburg tallied single runs in the fifth and sixth innings to retake the lead. But Altoona tied the game in the seventh and won the game with one out in the ninth inning.

The Big Play

Carter Bins singled to the warning track in deep left center field to plate the winning run and give Altoona their fifth straight win.

Filibusters

The Senators won just one game on their 12-game road trip... The teams combined to have 30 at bats with runners in scoring position... The Sens went 3-for-10 and Altoona 5-20... The Senators committed two errors in the game... There were seven pitches between the two teams that went to the backstop...

The Senators and Bowie Baysox play game one of their six-game series Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. The game can be heard on CBS Sports Radio Stations 96.5 FM, 95.3 FM, and 1400 AM beginning at 6:15 p.m.
