Altitude Host Triple Header

Join the Asheville Altitude on Thursday, February 3 as they take on the Roanoke Dazzle in a thrilling National Basketball Development League match-up highlighted by an exciting pre-game double header featuring Eliada Academy and Mountain Community School girls and boy?s teams beginning at 4:30 p.m. at the Asheville Civic Center.

"We are excited to bring our basketball teams to the Civic Center," said Eliada Academy?s Athletic Director Mr. J.D. Hinson. "After not having an athletics program for 35 years and beginning it again last season, we are proud to an opportunity to play in this facility and before the Altitude game. This experience gives our students something great to look forward to."

The triple-header features three games for the price of one, beginning with the girl?s match-up at 4:30 p.m. The boy?s game will get under way 10 minutes following the completion of the girl?s contest.

The final game, featuring the Altitude and the Dazzle, originally scheduled for 7:00 p.m., will tip off 30 minutes following the Eliada Mountain Community boy?s match-up.

"We are delighted to host this triple-header and invite the community to join in on the fun and be a part of a fun-filled night basketball action," said Altitude team president Rudy Bourg.

Fans can purchase tickets for all three games by calling the Civic Center Box Office at (828) 259-5944, visiting a Ticket Master outlet or online at ticketmater.com or ashevillealtitude.com. Tickets are still available in the upper and lower sections and discounts are available for groups of 15 or more. Children under 3 or admitted free.
