Toronto Argonauts News Release
Toronto - With the All-Time Argos program in full swing, two of the nominees will be side-by-each for the first time since 2005 when Joe "King" Krol and Royal Copeland, also known as the Gold Dust Twins, join fellow Argos alumni at a luncheon in downtown Toronto.
Copeland has arrived in Toronto for the week from his home in Oxnard, California, to reunite with some of his former Double Blue teammates. No teammate was closer to Copeland than Krol as the two helped form one of the most dominant offensive tandems in CFL history. Known to many as the "Gold Dust Twins", the pair ignited the Boatmen throughout one of franchise's most successful eras, capturing four Grey Cups together in 1945, 1946, 1947 and 1952.
Copeland and Krol are two of many Argos alumni who will be on hand at the luncheon as All-Time Argos nominee Nick Volpe and current General Manager Adam Rita join former greats Charlie Camilleri, Fred 'Scooter' Doty, Don Durno, Bud Fowler, Bill Lively, Pete Martin, Zeke O'Connor and Arnie Stocks to celebrate the Argos' storied past.
The following are the details of the Argos Alumni luncheon:

156 Front Street West
