Montreal, January 7th, 2010 - The Montreal Juniors Hockey Club was active on the trade front on this last day of the trade period in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
The Montreal Juniors traded 19 year old defenseman Alex Wall (90-11-01), to the Moncton Wildcats in exchange for 16 year old Donnelly Dillon (93-09-07). The 6'01", 178-pound defenseman is a native of Amherst (USA) and was Moncton's 1st round draft pick (16th overall) at the 2009 QMJHL draft.
In the trade, the club also gave up a 3rd round pick in 2011, acquired from Lewiston, in exchange for a 1st round pick in the 2010 QMJHL Import Draft acquired from Val d'Or.
