
Albuquerque Reacquires Barber, Waive Rodgers

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., Feb. 5, 2007 - The Albuquerque Thunderbirds have reacquired guard Steve Barber and waived guard Chris Rodgers.
Barber played in 15 games for the Thunderbirds, averaging 12.7 minutes, 5.7 points and 1.3 assists before being waived Jan. 12 due to injury. Rodgers played in 17 games for the Thunderbirds, averaging 10.8 points, 2.2 rebounds and 2.4 assists in 22.1 minutes.
Barber is expected to be in uniform Tuesday when the Thunderbirds (11-18) are host to Bakersfield (7-20).
