FREE STUFF: Bakersfield point guard Gerry McNamara has made 39 consecutive free throws dating back to Jan. 12. Overall G-Mac leads the league, converting 69-of-71 (.972). His only two misses came in back-to-back games at Idaho on Jan. 10 and 12. James Maye and Maurice Baker of Dakota will take (and make) the freebies as well, converting 26 and 22 straight, respectively.
IF A REBOUND FALLS NEAR WOODS...will he grab it? Most likely. In the last three games Austin's Loren Woods has collected 50 rebounds (16.7 pg). Woods' 12.5 rebounds per game would lead the league if he had played enough games to qualify for the leader board.
LOU AND OLU: Colorado's Louis Amundson and Arkansas Olu Famutimi took a defensive stand over the weekend for their respective clubs. Amundson blocked 10 shots in a pair of Colorado victories and Famutimi averaged 3.5 steals in two games for the RimRockers.
WHO...ELSE...IS...HOT? Arkansas forward Roger Powell is averaging 34.0 ppg over his last two games...Fort Worth forward Chris Copeland has made 13 of his last 23 three-point field goal attempts (.565)...Andre Patterson of Los Angeles has made 20 of his last 32 field goal attempts (.625).

D-STARS IN VEGAS: The Gillette D-League All-Star Game in association with 24 Hour Fitness is Saturday Feb. 17 on Center Court at NBA All-Star Jam Session at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. Tip off is scheduled for 2 p.m. PT, immediately following the practices for the NBA All-Stars. The game will air live on NBA TV and on the NBA Channel on SIRIUS radio.
ALL-STAR SELECTIONS: Teams for the Gillette D-League All-Star Game in association with 24 Hour Fitness will be announced on Feb. 6. Fort Worth's Sidney Moncrief and Colorado's Joe Wolf were named coaches of the Eastern and Western Division teams, respectively, on Feb. 1.
