New York Boulders News Release
Pearl River, NY, January 4, 2013"Â"Â Active International and the Rockland Boulders today announced deadline for applications for the 2013 Active International/Rockland Boulders Charity Challenge has been extended until Tuesday, January 15, 2013.
The program picks up where last year's successful in"Âballpark fund raising promotion left off, with local non"Âprofits benefitting from fundraising activities during a particular game. This year the program calls for all participating charities to receive an equal allotment of tickets, purchased and donated by the Charity Challenge. Charities can raise even more money by providing a creative premium-level experience to their supporters.
The non"Âprofits, which are chosen by Active International, will come from a pool of applying, regionally-based organizations. The 2013 Charity Challenge beneficiaries will represent a combination of repeating and first time participants. The application is available to non"Âprofits online. An organization participating two years in a row cannot apply.
An organization wishing to participate in the Rockland Boulders Active International Charity Challenge should fill out the application found on the Rockland Boulders and submit it prior to the deadline January 4, 2013. The 13 non"Âprofits included in the 2013 Charity Challenge will be announced shortly thereafter.
