Chattanooga Lookouts News Release

The Lookouts were blasted out of game one last night early with a first inning Jakson home run losing 7-0. Alex Young threw no-hit baseball through 5 2/3 innings with a walk and an error allowing just two Lookouts to reach base. He would give up a hit in the sixth while striking out eight batters. In the night cap the Nooga Nine made two comebacks in the 7-6 loss.Lamont Wade gave the Looks the initial lead with a first inning home run. They added four runs in the sixth inning to grab a five to four advantage. The Generals would sneak in a run to tie the game in the bottom of the inning. Another run to retake the lead for the Looks again in the seventh seemed safe. Closer Williams Rameriez got the first two batters out then on came the Jackson hits and the walk off loss with a single to right scoring the two runs. LH-Stephen Gonsalves will face the Generals RH-Ryan atkinson tomorrow night at 7:05 EDT. Hear the game on Milb.com and at 96.1 FM starting at 6:50.
